Claude Artık Slack, Figma ve Canva ile Doğrudan Entegre Ediliyor

The new integrations are built upon Anthropic’s open-source Model Context Protocol, or MCP, initially introduced in late 2024. The protocol’s primary goal is to enable AI agents to interact with third-party platforms in a human-like manner. Since then, MCP has evolved into a de facto industry standard for agent-based productivity solutions. A multitude of companies and developers have begun establishing MCP servers connecting their tools and data resources through this protocol.

Model Context Protocol integrates productivity tools within Claude

The in-Claude application approach offers a different experience compared to traditional integrations. Previously, one had to manually copy messages from Slack to an AI tool or update tasks in Asana. Thanks to MCP, Claude can directly understand the context of these applications and perform actions on behalf of the user.

According to information shared by Anthropic, Claude can generate analysis charts through Amplitude and manipulate parameters to uncover trends. The Asana integration focuses on converting topics discussed during chats directly into projects, tasks, and timelines. For Box, functionalities like file searching, document previews, and content queries have now been incorporated into the Claude interface.

From a corporate communication perspective, the Slack integration stands out. Claude can screen Slack conversations for context, create message drafts, and allow for review before sharing. Besides Slack, Anthropic indicates that its Salesforce-related Agentforce 360 solution will also soon be integrated into Claude. This integration aims to consolidate corporate context within a single connected interface, facilitating collaborative thinking among teams.

The donation of MCP to the Agentic AI Foundation under the Linux Foundation is seen as a significant step for the long-term future of the protocol. This open governance model may ease the collaboration of various providers on the same standard, potentially allowing for Claude’s integrations to appear similarly across competing AI platforms over time.
