“Hacks” Yıldızlarının Kırmızı Halıda “Marty Supreme” Sürprizi – Haberler
Meg Stalter and Paul W. Downs made a mark on one of the most talked-about moments of the Critics Choice red carpet.

Stars of HBO’s beloved comedy series “Hacks,” Meg Stalter and Paul W. Downs, brought an entertaining surprise to the red carpet at the Critics Choice Awards held on Sunday. The duo turned heads with their bold ensembles that parodied the bright orange outfits worn by Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner at the premiere of Chalamet’s new film “Marty Supreme.”
Fully embracing the prank, Stalter and Downs had onlookers in stitches as they made their way down the red carpet. Downs caught attention with a table tennis racket slung over his shoulder like a crossbody bag, while Stalter accessorized her look with a giant cross necklace reminiscent of the one Jenner wore at the premiere in New York on December 17. Set in the 1950s, “Marty Supreme” follows an ordinary man on his journey to become a world table tennis champion. The orange color theme, prominently featured in the film’s A24 marketing campaign, was carried over by Chalamet and his girlfriend Jenner at the gala, capturing significant interest.
Downs is also one of the creators and executive producers of “Hacks,” alongside Lucia Aniello and Jen Statsky. The series was nominated for “Best Comedy Series” at the Critics Choice Awards, while Downs contended for “Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy.” Speaking on the red carpet, Downs explained their intent saying, “Our goal was to have fun. We see people who make movies we love, and we thought, ‘Let’s have a little fun.’”
He noted that their outfits were very appropriate for the heavy rain that has been affecting Southern California for days. “It’s waterproof.” Stalter agreed: “It’s really good for rain, the water just runs off the dress.” Downs expressed his love for the film “Marty Supreme,” directed by Josh Safdie, giving it two thumbs up, while Stalter confessed she hadn’t seen it yet. Stalter mentioned her friendship with Jenner, sharing their tradition: “We go out for sushi at least once a month.” When asked if Chalamet joins their outings, her response was clear: “This is girls’ time.”
