Meta, hizmetleri için Google Cloud’un gücünden yararlanacak

Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, will leverage Google’s cloud infrastructure for its services.

According to reports from Reuters, Meta has signed a cloud-based agreement with Google valued at over $10 billion for six years. Under this agreement, Meta is expected to utilize Google Cloud’s servers, storage, network, and various services. Prior to Meta, a significant client for Google was OpenAI. By securing support from Google in the cloud space, OpenAI sought to reduce its dependency on Microsoft, and this deal is anticipated to generate substantial revenue for Google. OpenAI had garnered attention for reaching an annual recurring revenue of $10 billion. Reports indicate that OpenAI’s annual recurring revenue (which denotes the regular income amount generated annually from a business’s subscription model) was approximately $5.5 billion in the previous year. OpenAI aims to achieve a revenue target of $125 billion by 2029 and currently services over 500 million active users weekly and 3 million paid enterprise clients.
