Meta AI Destek Asistanı, Dünya Genelinde Kullanıma Sunuldu

Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads, has announced the global launch of its AI-powered Meta AI support assistant today. In a statement, Meta said, “We are opening up the Meta AI support assistant to assist you 24/7 with issues related to Facebook and Instagram, such as password updates or profile settings.” The company also emphasized its plans to implement more advanced AI systems across its platforms in the coming years. These systems aim to better combat fraudulent activities and illegal content, as well as to reduce the number of external workers by transferring content moderation processes to AI systems. For many years, Meta has relied on a multitude of content moderators that were not directly under its umbrella. Recently, there was significant attention on the company’s smart glasses and the moderators based in Kenya, representing a notable development in this area.
