The leak suggests that a metro system will be added to the map, creating new tactical opportunities in this already rich environment. According to previous leaks, the lore behind Lyndon Beach describes a massive explosion at Fort Lyndon and a nearby coastal town, forcing residents to evacuate due to poisonous remnants. This toxic residue comes from a substance known as “NXC,” which has spread to the center of the map, creating a dangerous zone. Earlier leaks also indicated that players would be deployed using CH-47 Chinook helicopters.
Battle Royale Mode Will Be Free
Battlefield 6’s Battle Royale mode is expected to launch in early 2026 and will be free to play. While EA and DICE have yet to confirm details regarding Lyndon Beach, the multiplayer mode for Battlefield 6 is scheduled for unveiling on July 31, 2025.
